By accessing and using Mindgift ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Mindgift provides AI-powered gift recommendations based on user input. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or suitability of the recommendations.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You are responsible for any content you submit to the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mindgift and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mindgift, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
